In several interactive sessions and close collaboration with HMSHost, APTO hosted a process to innovation of the F&B standards. Mostly focus on sustainable interventions on five topics: Food, production, waste, design & construction. For every topic experts were invited to share their knowledge on the challenges set out by APTO. This book is the end result of the strategy with concrete solutions in time how to proceed, starting tomorrow, to a more sustainable F&B future for HMSHost and Autogrill.
