Partner for the place

As a long term strategic partner we facilitate growth and create a new ecosystem at Dutch Tech Campus. During our partnership with Pingproperties, the number of jobs exploded from 200 to 1200. It’s our job to create added value. Value in programme, in building, in process, in business case, in strategy.

Genuine, tailor made innovation takes commitment. It requires a melting pot of people and disciplines and longterm commitment. Together we are creating a meaningful place.

New system for growth

We tear down existing systems and structures, to make room for building a better foundation. For Dutch Tech Campus we created a new foundation for growth. From a strategic vision for area development, via studies to integrate housing and education, via a connective playful green landscape, via logistic schemes to interior drawings for leases and tenants. All buildings have been renovated and upgraded towards label A. As Apto we created architectural typologies for the interventions for entrances and new add ons. The warm tones of black and wood complement the techy existing metal sheet facades.

From concrete canyon to green valley

The campus is highly visible from the highway A12. An iconic round building indicates the entry to the campus, where one strolls from building to building over a boulevard. A connective green and blue park as an inner courtyard. Water for relaxation, pergolas for shade, window shopping along active maker spaces for interaction.

Over 50% of the paving has been reused and 50% of the area has been executed with permutable surfaces like green and other natural materials.
